Location and tasks
As a geriatric nurse, nurse, health and care assistant (GPA), children's nurse or medical assistant, you will work in one of our outpatient care tours. Together with friendly and motivated colleagues, you will help other people in their everyday lives. What we have in common is our love for what we do and our enthusiasm for caring for people in their own homes in a warm and caring way. Our work shapes us in many ways and gives us the wonderful feeling of being able to give people in need more quality of life through our support.
Your team
Are you looking for a varied, diverse job and do you like to travel by car? That's exactly what working in our outpatient care offers you! You drive to the homes of many different people in need of help and can use one of our 35 vehicles. In doing so, you will get to know a wide variety of people who are happy to have your support and appreciate your work. Afterwards, our team meetings give you the opportunity to meet your colleagues and discuss your work with them.

Tasks
You will work in our day care in the Hamburg district of Wilhelmsburg. The day care always takes place Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 16:00. Through our day care services in Hamburg, we support people who live at home during the day in a pleasant and friendly environment. The aim is to preserve the autonomy of the carer and to promote an active and self-determined lifestyle. With your creativity, you shape the daily structure of the guests. Furthermore, this includes care visits and planning, ensuring and implementing quality standards as well as helping to design, monitor and control the care and support process.
Your team
Our team has made the medical care and support of people in need of care and assistance its mission and offers a comprehensive service for this purpose.
The meals for our guests, i.e. breakfast, lunch as well as coffee and cake, are prepared fresh daily by our cook herself. We work in a communal, relaxed atmosphere throughout the day while our activities include a wide variety of activities. These include gymnastics and other exercises, doing handicrafts and baking together or going for walks. We are there for each other and help each other like in a big family. The current team consists of a nurse, a caregiver, a cook and a driver.

Location and tasks
Together with your colleagues, you will work in the team of our family-like residential communities in the Wilhelmsburg district of Hamburg. Your tasks include the care and supervision of up to 10 residents. They live here in a familiar atmosphere and have their own rooms with bathroom as well as spacious communal areas at their disposal. Out of love for what we do, it is especially important to us to fill the residents' daily lives with joy, security and attention.
Your team
In our profession, it is important to take a lot of time for people and their needs. As in any other shared apartment, a wide variety of people live here, each with their own unique rhythm of life. While one person might like to get up early, another is more of a late riser and takes the day slowly. We warmly take care of each individual, and always as a team. Mutual support and a relaxed, family-like atmosphere, as is usual in a shared flat, are important to us.

Location and tasks
Together with your colleagues, you work as a team in the area of care and home economics. Our task is to support people in need of help in their homes so that they feel comfortable there and can enjoy the day. Accordingly, there are many different things we can do to provide relief and support. These include cooking, cleaning, shopping, light basic care activities, laundry and much more. Again, it is important to see the person in the foreground, to be interested in them, their concerns and wishes. Our place of work is mainly in the south of Hamburg.

Location and tasks
In a personal interview, we will choose your future place of work together with you, according to your preferences and interests. Depending on your strengths, you will then work either in our day care, outpatient care or in our residential community. You will also have the opportunity to take a look at our administrative processes and to support one of our drivers in his work. So depending on your personality, various activities and areas of work are conceivable. The focus of all these different areas is always on one thing: the love of caring for people in need. Our work leaves the most diverse impressions every day. But one feeling always remains at the end of the day: the feeling that we have made a difference in people's lives through our work and that we have made their lives a little easier again.
